Notes on Prices

• Prices for each apartment are expressed in euros per week
• Discounted prices may are available by negotiation for lets of one month or longer between November and April
• We do not normally accept bookings of shorter than 1 week during the summer months, but we do not have a fixed changeover day, and are happy to accept bookings of extra days, which will be charged for "pro rata".

A 25% deposit is required to confirm the booking, with the balance normally due not later than 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday. For bookings made less than 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday, full payment is required at the time of the booking. Payment may be made either in euros or in sterling - the sterling price will depend on current conversion rates and will be provided on request.
